If your loved one has been arrested, you may find yourself wondering how to locate them. Here is some information on how to find your loved one in jail.

Information to Gather

In order to find your loved one in jail, you will need certain information. Always have their full legal name and their date of birth. If possible, try to have their inmate ID number. If you do not have their inmate ID number, you can still locate them, but having this information makes it easier.

Resources to Check

Once you have the information gathered in regards to your loved one, there are a few different resources that you can check. Using a Bonding Company

If you still cannot locate your loved one, a bonding company may be able to assist you. Most bonding companies have access to a database that allows them to check for inmates. The more information you have about your loved one, the easier it will be to locate them. A bonding company may ask you for their name, date of birth and where they were arrested.
